Schedule your Critter Pickup
Thank you for your recent purchase of a KyTy Critter. We are always trying to improve our service to our new KyTy Families, and we are now offering online scheduling for animal pickups.
Please note that we do try to be as available for you as possible, but as the old adage says, "time is money" and as a small family business, our time is very limited. When we are waiting for a family to arrive, we are unable to be completing other work that is required of us, and that takes money out of our pockets. That's also why we have a very strict cancellation fee policy.
Cancellation Policy: If you select a time, and are unable to make it within that window, we require advance notification of at least 2 hours (by text, email, or phone), or you will be asked to pay a $25 rescheduling fee.
You wouldn't expect your doctor to see you when you show up an hour late for your appointment, and most other appointment-based businesses charge fees for appointments rescheduled/cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, so we are trying to be as understanding as possible. Communication is key, and we will happily reschedule your appointment for free, as long as the we get that minimal advance notice.
